Software for the people who build
Alongside our interior work, we make tools for design and construction teams. Together they follow a project from the first quote to the final inspection report.
AakarX
Stage 1: Quote and budget
Quote it. Budget it. Build it.
Start with a visual quote your client can actually read. When they accept it, the budget sets itself up, and every rupee spent is tracked against what the quote promised.
For interior design studios and their teams.
- Image-led quotes by BHK, package, rooms and finishes
- Accepted quotes become budgets across 11 departments
- Labour and material costs tracked separately, with live margin
- Carpentry & Joinery₹ 6,80,00072% spent
- False Ceiling Works₹ 1,45,00094% spent
- Electrical Works₹ 1,20,00038% spent

Stage 2: Drawing check
Find the 300 mm gap before the fryer goes in.
Upload a DXF or PDF floor plan and NiyamX checks it against your brand standards. Your guideline PDF becomes a set of rules, and every rule keeps the line of text it came from.
For QSR chains, café networks and bakery brands rolling out new stores.
- Finds equipment and rooms in CAD drawings
- Measures clearances, counts and adjacencies
- Returns a marked-up report with a fix for each issue
Fryer to wall is 240 mm. The standard asks for 300 mm.
Move the fryer 60 mm right, or swap it with the prep table.

Stage 3: Purchase
Every rupee of material, accounted for.
DravyaX moves a material request from the site engineer to the purchase team to a confirmed delivery. Quotes sit side by side, and every step is timestamped.
For construction firms with site engineers and a purchase team.
- Compare vendor quotes with the lowest price marked
- Attach photos of indents and BOQs
- Note damaged or short items when material arrives
| Vendor | Per bag |
|---|---|
| Shree Cement Traders | ₹ 398 |
| Patel Building SupplyLowest | ₹ 382 |
| Om Materials | ₹ 405 |

Stage 4: Site work
One board per site. Photo evidence on every task.
Each site gets its own board of work orders. Supervisors assign tasks, set priority and due dates, and a photo closes each one, so nobody argues about whether the work was done.
For site supervisors and managers running several sites.
- Work orders move from raised to closed
- Assign a task to one worker or a pair
- See overdue work and bottlenecks per board
