Your first interior design consultation: what to expect and what to bring

The first consultation is free, takes about an hour and carries no obligation. It can happen at our studio in Paldi or at your site. Its goal is simple: understand your home well enough to give you an honest quote.
What we talk about
We cover your requirements room by room, your timeline and your budget range. We also ask how you live: who cooks, where the children study, how much storage you really need, and which existing furniture you want to keep.
What to bring
None of these are required. Part of our job is drawing your preferences out through conversation. But they help the meeting go further:
- Floor plans or the builder's layout, if you have them
- Photos of homes or rooms you like, even screenshots from Instagram
- A list of furniture and decor you want to reuse
- A rough move-in date, if you have one
What happens afterwards
Within 24 hours of getting your requirements, you receive a single all-inclusive quotation covering design, materials, labour and project management. There are no line items that appear later.
If you'd like to go ahead, we arrange a guided material visit and begin the 3D views and working drawings.
Questions worth asking any designer
Whoever you hire, these questions show how a studio really works:
- Who will be on site day to day?
- Is the quote all-inclusive, and what would change it?
- How are payments linked to progress?
- Can I see finished homes similar to mine?
